About the housing and health team
We work to ensure that great practice in health and housing is routinely shared across our partnership, and to support opportunities for investment to integrate this wherever possible. Our work aligns with the West Yorkshire Housing Partnership made up of 15 members. This includes 13 housing associations and two stockholding local authorities. Each local authority in West Yorkshire is a member of the Housing and Health Network.
The West Yorkshire Housing Partnership members are:
- 54 North Homes
- Accent Group
- Connect Housing
- Incommunities
- Johnnie Johnson Housing
- Kirklees Metropolitan Borough Council
- Leeds City Council
- Leeds Federated Housing Association
- Manningham Housing Association
- Stonewater
- Thirteen Group
- Together Housing
- Unity Homes and Enterprise
- WDH
- Yorkshire Housing
Our priorities include:
- improving housing opportunities for people with mental health, learning disabilities and autism
- homeless prevention and reducing rough sleeping
- maximising housing options for older people
- improving housing conditions and affordable warmth
