Research and innovation
West Yorkshire AMR Programme we be working in collaboration with Health Innovation Yorkshire and Humber and with primary care partners to improve prescribing, provide education, and support general practice. We will also regularly review prescribing tools and support WY Research and Development group in delivery of the Lowering Antimicrobial Prescribing (LAMP) programme of a clinical audit and feedback.
West Yorkshire research and development (R&D)
Research holds the key to delivering continuing sustainable improvements within the NHS. Working on behalf of the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board, the West Yorkshire R&D team works closely with partners from academia and the health sector to increase evidence-based innovation and knowledge exchange within clinical and care settings.
The West Yorkshire R&D team helps to transform research questions into research proposals. The team has links with a diverse range of professionals, including clinicians and academics, and provides vast experience in research development.
