Our Personalised Care Training is designed to help staff and volunteers involved in people’s health and care, develop the knowledge and skills to support the implementation of the NHS Long Term Plan and the Comprehensive Model for Personalised Care. We committed to upskilling over 2500 members of our workforce, including volunteers, between 2020 and 2023, and achieved this. Training has included:
