Joined up health care, combined with new ways of working will enable a more community-focused delivery of services in West Yorkshire. This includes looking at how we make the most of our buildings through organisations working closer together so that we make the most of buildings and other assets available to us across the whole of the area.
The capital and estates programme brings together organisations from across West Yorkshire which own health and care facilities, including buildings and public land, to facilitate the better use of all our estates. It also has a role in supporting the production and prioritisation of capital bids (funding) to the Department of Health so that we can both modernise and further develop our resources.
