Work carried out by the Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism programme workforce team around inclusive recruitment has highlighted some of the challenges our neurodivergent colleagues face in respect of recruitment, retention, and general wellbeing at work.
With this in mind, and as part of a wider range of measures, a small reciprocal mentoring pilot scheme involving ten colleagues ran in 2023. A comprehensive suite of materials and resources has now been produced, which, together with an evaluation report from the pilot scheme and case study videos, can be read and downloaded from our website.
