Congratulations to the 56 fellows appointed to the Improving Population Health Fellowship 2024 cohort. Fellows cover the length and breadth of West Yorkshire and represent a variety of workplaces including acute and mental health trusts, primary care and colleagues from the VCSE sector. The course will run from April 2024 until end of March 2025.
This year, in addition to health equity, adversity, trauma and resilience, climate change and suicide prevention, we have added the option of becoming an anti-microbial resistance (AMR) fellow. Fellows will complete a short academic public health course which is facilitated by Health Education England and the University of Leeds and then spend one day a week working on their chosen project. See the Improving Population Health Fellowship pages for more information.
