- Update on actions from the last meeting
- Proposals for deep dive themes with early evidence
- Voluntary and community sector voice – sharing insight
- Report communications
- Insight from WY&H programmes and places (Bradford district and Craven; Calderdale, Harrogate, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield)

The panel welcomed the development of a new voluntary community sector (VCS) panel as a response to suggestions raised at the first meeting regarding doing more to ensure the review is as inclusive as possible.
Members agreed the minutes as being an accurate reflection of meeting one following the conversation at meeting one, and approved the amended terms of reference.
Proposals for deep dive themes with early evidence and VCS voice
Members were presented with a proposal of deep dive themes including early insight data packs. The presented themes were based on feedback from members of the Review Panel regarding potential deep dive themes which had been collated into three primary themes; supporting our workforce, improving our understanding, and focused improvements in health outcomes.
Members approved the themes with the following amendments:
- Supporting our workforce; to reduce inequalities in access to safe work for BAME communities and understand how it feels to work in West Yorkshire and Harrogate
- Leadership; to ensure our leadership is reflective of the communities we serve and our staff have a voice
- Commissioning for our people; developing an approach to commissioning that is sensitive to and reflective of the different communities we serve
Healthier communities; to explore intersectionality between BAME communities and mental health and other long term conditions for targeted approaches to health improvements.
