About the network
West Yorkshire Involvement Network brings together people working in involvement, engagement, and lived experience, in all health and care organisations across the West Yorkshire ICS footprint.
The network is open to anyone who works or has a focus on involvement, engagement, and experience, in West Yorkshire; from NHS, local authority, and voluntary community and social enterprise VCSE organisations.
Next network session:
Monday 10th June, 10:00am – 12:00pm
Future network sessions:
- Tuesday 10th September, 10:00am – 12:00pm
- Thursday 14th November, 10:00am – 12:00pm
-
Wednesday 5th February 2025, 10:00am - 12:00pm
Goals of the network:
These goals were developed with people working in involvement across the West Yorkshire partnership footprint.
- Develop Shared values and Involvement principles.
- Colleague support – particularly as people can feel isolated in involvement and engagement roles.
- Sharing intelligence and examples of best practice.
- Shared / cross-organisational working.
- Reduce involvement fatigue and duplication of work – better use of resources and learning.
