In December 2023 we sought views on our 'your home, your choice' campaign. We developed the campaign on insight which in April 2023 included seeking views on which one of three different ideas people preferred. Rightsizing is all about finding and living in the right space for a person's needs. We asked people who this campaign directly effects (for example; those who had just rightsized or may be looking to in the near future and relatives or friends who may be supporting others) to rightsize.
